My size is 6ish in. erected and 4ish in. non-erected. Is that average, above average or below average

There arent really surveys published for different ages, but it varies enormously at that age because some guys will hardly have started puberty and others will be a fair way through. Any thing from about 3.5" is normal. 6" is adult average, so if you already are that size you're doing well.

There is no average size for your age. Everybody starts puberty and develops at different times and rates. The average size for an adult is 5 to 6 inches, so if your already 6, you should have another inch or two of growth, so I would say you will have a bigger than average penis by the time you finish puberty. :P

Average is a generalization that no one should pay attention to because its a sum of big sizes and little sizes added together then divided.
As you should know, regardless size doesn't matter and you should live your life worry about other things, not your penis size :P
