My dad makes a lot of noise.
We are eating fruit and he is eating grapes and the crunching sound drives me crazy. He doesn't close his mouth entirely so I can hear everything! And when he breaths I hear the breathing as a dragon is breathing at my neck!
When I tell him this he yells at me and says " Yuo have to accept me like that ! "

Try some gentle nagging and make some jokes about it, don't show that you're annoyed by it. My parents also had some things they did that would drive me crazy, but they have stopped it now after doing what I suggested.

Good luck :)

If those are the biggest problems you have with your father, I envy you.

Agreed. I wouldn't even complain about that stuff. Trust me, there's worse out there. Much worse. Try to put things in perspective. Appreciate what you have.

When he says "You have to accept me like I am" he IS right you know. I have annoying qualities, so do you, and everyone else in the world.

You're lucky to even have a dad. =/ Mine died when I was younger. He might get on your nerves sometimes but your life wouldn't be the same without him. Just try to appreciate what you have, even with the little annoyances.

My dad is like that, he chews food really loud AND especially gum! I would just try to ignore the best you can or move to a different room. Ear plugs might work too.

Yeah no one can help you in this regards because some people have a habit of doing this type of things one thing we should do is we should just ignore and carry on our work if we concentrate on it it will irritate us a lot.
