I have a habit of staying up till 2 at the latest. I know it's not healthy, and now that my school bus comes at 6:55 and I have morning showers to take, I can't keep up my carefree summer sleeping schedule.

Sleeping early can make you feel so much better during the day, TRUST ME.

I start septemnber 8th, so i still have time. Starting today, I'm going to bed at 12:30 and waking up at 9.
Then I will slowly work my way down to 6:30 for school.

It's 12:25 now. I'm off to brush my teeth and go to bed.
