That's happened to me twice. There's nothing you can do about it except shipping it off to lovely Texas for Microsoft to "repair". They just ship you a new Xbox, lol. I don't know if they'd send you a new elite, though. Actually, they probably would since it's only a color difference.

he did all kinds of stuff to it i cant send it back plus its out of warrenty :(

That suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucks for you, then. All I can suggest is buy an arcade, or you buy one the new Xbox360s.
