I have Diabetes
And sometimes I have high blood shugar (I try to keep it down but it always screws up). While having this condition much of shugar gathers in my urine. And when I urinate some of it stays on my penis. As you know, shugar likes to dissolve in an acidic place so this dissolving gives me noticable scars and rashes and inflamation around the head of my penis and my foreskin. It looks disgusting!!! I want to get rid of it but it still keeps getting worse after all these years. I clean my penis every time after peeing... but that doesn't help!!!

I don't wanna have a rotten piece of shit dick!!! Is there any way how to get rid of this??? Any medicine, remedy or something?

Oh god this looks bad. I'm sorry Martin but I'm afraid you might have to buy a new one.

All I can say is try to keep your blood sugar right and clean down there properly as much as you can. Plus if its really bad see a doctor. I would see a doctor anyway. My two cents=)

The good thing is that it doesn't hurt at all! Nothing feels bad. It just looks crappy!

The only thing you can really do to stop it in the future would be to try to keep your BM at a more steady level. Go and have a chat with your GP / your diabetic nurse about trying some other methods of controlling your blood sugar and hopefully you can help stop the problem in the future. Also maybe trying to clean your penis after you urinate would help alleviate the problem a bit?

In terms of getting rid of any scarring / marks, it's not something I could really comment on as my knowledge surrounding dermatology / skin conditions is crap, you'd have to go talk to your GP for this one.
