Hi,

I started to exercise some time ago and I see some results. I makes me happy to be ripped. However I was never the kind of a sports person. I may have big ass biceps and awesome abs but I will be still lame in soccer, volleyball, floorball, basketball and stuff. I would train but I don't have much time. I lack COORDINATION ... every time I get the ball I screw it up! It falls, I miss the target or do an embarassing thing. That's why I HATE these sports. PE classes in school piss me off because everyone wants to play ball!!!

Is there any way how I could increase my coordination??? I wanted to try hackysack but that seems too difficult for me. I can do only up to 4 hits until it falls down LOL.

do you really WANT to do sports? PE doesn't last forever...actually you only need to do 2 years of it in high shool, so you can be done soon. I suck at sports as well, so i lift weights.

When you are out of PE, its going to be rare that you have to use any sports skills.

Every one have their different thoughts about body building. According to me i think that Body-building is the process of developing muscle through the combination of weight training, increased caloric intake and rest.
