Well some people start puberty early and that could be true of this case but it is hard to say if its normal because that is sort of rare for a 11 year old kid haveing a 5 inch penis when hard but he must have had puberty quite early.

It's a little over normal, but you could be starting puberty early. Just wait a few years and see if it grows more, which it will, then you can start asking if your size is normal or not. Cause right now, you're growing and it can be unpredictable. It could be over normal now, but could become normal in a few years. so wait a while and ask again in a few years if you're still concerned.

There isint any age block. Meaning you can put your birthdate as born in 2010 and theyd let you in.

But the rules are your not allowed if your 12 and under.

I'm 14 and mine is about 5 1/2" hard. If you have one that big now you are BLESSED dude. Size doesn't matter as long as it works but bigger is definitely better. WTG!!
