The thing that's used to grasp things.. ooops, that's a forcep :D

It's the flap of skin covering the tip of the penis. And it's spelled foreskin.

It is skin that covers the head of your penis. When you pull it back, you reveal the tip of the penis called the head. Some parents opt to remove their sons foreskins at birth, or later in life, or it could be your choice to remove the foreskin for several reasons. This is called circumcision (cut), if you still do have skin covering the tip, then you are uncircumcised (uncut).

You should also note, that when erect, an uncircumcised penis will look almost the same as a circumcised one when erect, because the foreskin will slide down to the base of the head (for most guys at least).

The skin of your penis that maybe covering the head of your penis. You don't have foreskin if you are circularized, a decision some parents make at your birth to have your foreskin cut off, also known as being cut, and it can be made because of religion, or for cleanliness. :P

I hope I helped. :D
