A female can have an orgasm for many different reasons. There have been studies done that have shown women to have orgasms while laying down, sitting, standing or doing just about anything else. Many females can have mental orgasms.

With this said, yes, your girlfriend COULD have an orgasm from breast stimulation. The breasts - especially the nipples - are very sensitive. Some girls don't like breast stimulation because their nipples are TOO sensitive, and it hurts. Others can achieve an orgasm just from nipple stimulation.

But, you would know if your girlfriend actually HAS an orgasm while you're with her. There's no hiding a female orgasm. Just because she's moaning and groaning and gets goosebumps doesn't mean she's having an orgasm.
