What you're referring to is commonly called "blue balls". It's a slang term for when your testicles ache after being aroused, but not being able to ejaculate. There are lots better medical explanations, but this is the gist of it.

You're not causing any harm to yourself by not masturbating. If your body wants to get excess cum out, it will (often known as wet dreams).

If the pain is too much, it could be a medical condition, in which case you should see a doctor. But likely it's just a case of "blue balls". If you can wait it out, you'll be rewarded with a huge load on Saturday.
