He like every other member is allowed three offical warnings by VT staff every warning issued by a staff member is reported to the rest of the staff so we can keep track

exactly... maybe there might be some bashing on the debate forums, you cant do anything about it because thats what debate is, defending owns way of thinking, and not trying to convince someone, but just expose their way of thinking... this sometimes includes bashing... just deal with it

Did I come here and crying that Phantom said a bad word to me? ( Not implying that he did ) All I am asking is for someone to tell him to calm down ffs. Its not hard to debate normaly aka pissing people off.. And the only reason I have bashed him is because he keeps pissing me off with most of hes damn posts..
