I'm a 17 year old guy with a timid personality.
I have no interest in having a relationship and prefer to be alone most of my time.

I prioritize saving money, education, personal fitness, and personal accomplishment, but I have an almost total disregard for my social life outside of my family and close friends.

Heck, I even think I should stay single and childless my entire life!

Do you think I need help? I'm not depressed.
Should I be like the other teenagers?

You are who you are, there's no way to change that. Some people prefer to stay single and commitment-free, that's your case.
Or maybe that is just a phase, wait to see how things unfold in your life, you may get surprised.

Some people don't want to get married, or have a relationship, have kids, that sort of stuff. It's normal, it's who you are.

Your views might change over time, and that's normal too. :)

Yup. My sister doesn't want to get married. Or at least, not right now. Nor does she want children.

My friend thinks dating is dumb and claims there's no point in him getting a girlfriend, he doesn't want one at all.

I know a lot of people like that actually.

Don't worry; You might be the next "great brain" of all time.

Most "introverts" have high IQ's - speak very little...Well...ah..that takes me outta the picture, because I have an IQ of 168, but my "Mouth" is SO BIG; I have an opinion about EVERYTHING!!!
You might be the next: STEVE JOBS (APPLE) or BILL GATES - Ah...LOL...ever heard of him???

Just be happy, ok? And be PASSIONATE about EVERYTHING you do!

same here, I don't want to get married or have children

my brother's not interested in having a gf at least not now
