Open the door to a world not seen before
All the time that we had is now lost (but here comes some more)
Why be mad when the world keeps on spinning
Whether you're lost or you're winning,
It's just the beginning even when it's ending.

And I don't want to pretend that an incoming wave
Is gonna set your body free or save you
From a lack of good behavior
But I want you to know that inside of it all
There is a fire, a suppressor, an earthquake and a storm.

So don't be alarmed when your heart is set ablaze,
And don't be fazed by an incoming wave,
Don't put your head down when the wind musses your hair,
Don't turn away when the earth trembles and scares you
Into hiding from what was providing you life,
This world in and of itself is a world worth loving,
Day after day, night after night.

So don't fly a kite in a hail of lightning
If you find the potential of getting shocked
To be incredibly frightening then just open your eyes
And stay inside by the fire place watch the pitter patter rain drops
Fall as the earth stops just for a moment and let's you hear
It scream "I'm alright."

Don't be alarmed when your heart is set ablaze,
And don't be fazed by an incoming wave,
Don't put your head down when the wind musses your hair,
Don't turn away when the earth trembles and scares you
Into hiding from what was providing you life,
This world in and of itself is a world worth loving,
Day after day, night after night.

When your world starts to tremble
And the ground starts to resemble
A puzzle not put together you know
That you're in trouble, but don't get up on the double,
It's not worth it at all, you've got what you've needed
All along in your own chest and you know it (it's all inside of what is glowing)
It's what, all along, you have been showing.

I have to say some of your poems that I read always impress me. I like your writing style. Stanza four is my favorite IMO.
