but thers this girl i really like, shes pretty and smart and shes 18. i have liked her for a while now but i dunno if she will ever like me or want to date me. i dunno how to tell her or ask her if she would go out with me because shes everything i want in a girl.

You could be upfront about it.
"Hi, I'm Kenzie. I think you are blah blah blah. Would you like to go out sometime?"
Or, if that's too direct for you, just ease up and start talking to her (if you don't already). This may require time and patience. Let her get comfortable around you, and you get comfortable around her. Communicate. Text, instant message, call. At some point, work up the nerve to say, "I really like you. You are [beautiful] [sweet] [smart] [everything I look for in a girl.] Could we go out?"

everyone else who knows her said that she told them she was bi. i dunno what to think of this. should i ask her if shes bi or just tell her straight up that i like her

awwww :3
I would say start talkig to her from afar ie:FaceBook, MSN... ext.
when she begins getting use to you, talk to her in real life again...
that should help :D :D :D :D
