Hi, lately throughout the summer holidays i've been doing my best to stick to my workout schedule that normally i'd have no problem with, but because my gym's out of the way from where i live i'm finding trouble getting down there every time to workout since it's a two mile walk down. I'm finding myself skipping days or two at a time.
Does anyone else who regularly exercises find trouble getting it done througout the holdiays, skipping out on days etc?
