I cannot believe this. Okay so, I just started Highschool a week ago, and our highschool is two middle schools combined, so we don't know half of the people.
Turns out, there is a girl that has the same exact name as me (same spelling even...). My name is Aidan, which I'm pretty damn sure is a guy's name. So yeah, that was the only person the other school knew named Aidan, and so now everyone thinks I have a girl's name... It just makes me feel really wuss-ish and crap. It's super embarrassing :mad:

Just try ignoring them. If they are bothering you or whatever you can tell a teacher. Maybe you should use a nickname or something

Aidan is an asexual name. or i think that's what its called. you shouldn't worry about what people call you. like that one saying, "stick and stones may break my bones but words will never harm me." so don't be down cuz of some immature words. it'll be all good. :D

Aidan is an agamous name that can be used for either sex- really no name is exclusively for a boy or a girl.

I, personally, believe that Aidan is an unique name! I see tune out the immature students. Don't mind them. As long as you don't think you're a wuss, you're not. And if it comes to bad, tell an authoritative figure, like your principal. :)
