having problems with new laptop

so i got this new HP netbook yesterday and it didn't come with an instruction manual. so the problem im having is that i want to change my desktop background but i can't quite figure out how
can anyone help me with this?

Allright, so
You have to right click on the desktop and click on the option below and there you will see a menu then you can carry on from there.
I cant help you for a lot because I use a turkish computer lol.
And you use XP or Vista?
