Usually I feel very sleepy during the day, so I slept. And after that, I couldn't sleep at night until early morning like 2 or 3 AM

I tried once to keep myself from taking a nap, but it's just so hard :(
I'm very sure that if I didn't take a nap in daytime, I will definitely sleep easy at night!

Any tips to keep you awake at daytime and sleep at the right time at night...?

I myself am a night person, its when my body and mind function best.

I may suggest loud music, or distracting things to keep you awake, and just force your body to adjust to the day/night cycle.

You can just do something to keep your mind off of sleeping. Go out, or do an activity to keep yourself energetic so that you won't fall asleep. :)

Ahaha trust me you have it good.

I go to bed at 8am in the morning because i nap :P



Your best deal is to, Wake up rrrreaaaaly early, drink energy drinks, and when its 10pm sleep!

Stay up all day and allnight. Then go to bed at 10pm. Then get up early in the morning.
