You may want to talk to a doctor. However, i myself am circumcised and dont know a whole lot about this type of situation.

That sounds like you might need circumcision. Circumcision is actually a good thing, because it is hygenic and it there isn`t irritation. But if it isn`t an option, try using lubricant, when or when not masturbating. But that is just my thought. I would go see a doctor to get a professional`s opinion.

I really don't quite understand what you're asking. What do you mean your foreskin can't seem to "hold it" Hold....what? The head? I admit, this sounds all new and baffling to me. Can you retract your skin behind the head? I'm not really sure what's going on here, but if it's something serious, you might want to ask a doctor.
Oh, and the doctors might advise circumcision, but don't listen to them unless it is absolutely and utterly necessary. That "more hygienic" stuff is a load of crap, so don't let them feed you that line. It's not that difficult to clean your penis: pull skin back, wash, pull skin forward. Not rocket science.

it's a good idea to talk to a doctor about it. When in doubt about your body or health, ask a doctor.

Sounds like you shouldn't get circumcised, regardless of whether a doctor recommends it or not. If it feels tight circumferentially (around) then just grab the tips of your foreskin and stretch it out gently for a few minutes at a time in the morning and evening. This way, you don't have to get permanently mutilated (like me).
Those who say circumcision doesn't affect them are like people who are colorblind (which is also me); you don't know what you are missing out on.

I don't get it and it seems odd but I think you should consult a doctor.

I'm almost completely certain that I do know.Various surveys have shown that circumcision makes little to no difference to sexual performance or sex drive, and men who have had circumcision performed later in life often report that there is no difference.
Maybe I'm just not that against being cut because I personally have no problems with my circumcision. Sure, it would have been nice to have had a choice, but I'm proud of what I've got. I'm sorry to hear about your problems, though.
On-topic:
I'd recommend seeing a doctor and getting his/her personal opinion on the issue. Don't do anything drastic until you're sure that you need it, though. You don't want to be potentially damaging your penis without needing to.

Consult the doctor. Don't risk your organ.
