if you were the one getting your dick sucked, could you be at risk for contracting some kind of sexual disease? I know the one sucking is at risk, but I'm not sure about the one being sucked. And I'm talking about diseases that can't be directly spotted on a dick, like herpes for example.

The risk here is very, very low. Spit doesn't carry STDs very well. An obvious risk is if you have an open sore or cut or something on your penis, with an increased risk if the person giving the blowjob has a open sore or cut in their mouth.

However, this is different for herpes.

The moral is to be careful, even though being careful sort of sucks (pun intended).
