Prank calling is a crime in itself.
Are they harassing calls? Like the content of the calls and voicemails, are they rude/mean/violent?

i wouldn\t really say its harassment but its not very fair to your friend to have these ppl randomly calling her for no apparent reason. but maybe i guess its considered harassment if it is unwanted on her part. maybe try and get her to track the number is its not listed as private caller ok
lett me kno how it goes

Harassment covers a wide range of offensive behaviour. It is commonly understood as behaviour intended to disturb or upset. In the legal sense, it is behaviour which is found threatening or disturbing.
Basically, if she feels threatened, its harassment. But as my first post said, are the calls rude/mean/violent/threatening?

trae has the right idea. prank calling is a crime on it's own. depending on what the person is saying in the calls it could be a more serious crime.
