Hey,
I'm 16 and I have man boobs and I hate it heaps. Does anyone know any exercises to get normal boobs for a guy? I know its just puberty but I'm getting older and I can't have man boobs.
Also, i do sit-ups and I dont know how many I should do a day. Same with the weight machines with the arms. And does anyone know any exercises to do with having muscly legs.
I'm 73kg, is that really big for a 16 yr old guy?? For all the 16's, how much do u weigh??

im sorry, but im american and i dont know the conversion for kg's -lbs and meters-feet. but i can give u some exercizes. if u think u have man boobs then you need to develop your pectorals more ( the muscle that shows that looks like, as you say, "real" man boobs). you can develop your pectoral by pushups. pushups arent easy for everyone but if you try and do say......50 a day then you will be getting better. you dont have to do them all at once but throughout the whole day. remember to stretch all of your muscles so they dont get knotted or cramped lots, also for situps, if you can, try also 50 a day, throughout the whole day. "man boobs" like what i think you are discribing are just fat, so you need to remember to get some cardio such as running/walking, swiming, biking etc. and start eating a bit healthier

6 in? You mean 6 feet? And my friends got man boobs, i think its an overload of that female hormone, estrogen or something. Or you could try some sort of upper body workout.

Well I am 16, 6 foot (1.8 Meters) and I weigh 250 lbs. (113.4 Kilograms) I look good for my size although I do need to lose weight. All I can say is try to get in a regular excersize routine, make sure you get at least 20 min. of cardio 3 times a week. I try but with such a busy schedule, you never know.

Well lots of young males your age will weigh the same, or even more than you... but they are usually that heavy because of their muscle. You could just do some push ups for the man boobs, and regular excercises for the other 'extra baggage' you may have.

I'm not actually sure about the rules about you replying back to your thread, I don't think it'll get locked.
Well done though, I'm happy for you. It's nice to hear of the end result of the help people give on here.
