Two of my friends are very good at this, they started just a couple years ago and are already at the skill level to professionally teach it at the local leisure centre. I've gave it a shot a couple times but i'm just rubbish lol

Yeah. It is a good, competitive sport. Some people label it as a 'way of life'. It makes your body stronger, faster and more alert.
I tried to practice it(climbing walls, jumping between gaps), but I am not that outgoing guy, you see. I got lazy(especially over this summer), and everything went kaput. Shame.

I'm pretty good at it. But then again, I'm already pretty athletic. It takes time though.

I don't have an athletic body but I can climb ledges a bit and jump high and run extremely fast, well I and my friend started doing this after assassins creed and the movie "District B13 ( Banlieu 13)"

I'm not Ezio Auditore Da Firenze. So no, I can't do parkour. :P I doubt I could do it well.
