I don't think there's any need to talk to a doctor, its just how you feel more relaxed and more comfortable. Its not really anything to worry about.

I used to have that same problem but I just sort of.. grew out of it. Now I barely ever masturbate lying down so there's not that problem.

Most likely thats just because while u lye down is the most comfortable position. No worries. Also Thats not something you should have to talk to a doctor about. Just saying.

I agree with pretty much everyone else. I'm sure you probably can cum in other positions if you try, but you're just most comfortable lying down. I guess it's what you're body prefers. I wouldn't worry about it at all.
