am i circumcised?

i think i am but im not sure. when soft the head is exposed and the same when it is hard. but i can kinda pull the skin forward a bit but not all the way over. so would i be or not?

cos if your circumcised i didnt think you could pull any skin forward??

it's possible that not all of the foreskin was removed or that you weren't circumsized because you had very little foreskin to begin with. but it sounds like you are circumsized because everyone (well most i guess) could pull the skin from the upper part of the shaft a lil farward if they wanted but it wont cover. yea, i think ur circumsized
