When im around some of my friends who are skinnier and prettier i feel jealous and self conscious, there always talking about how they need to work out more to lose more weight. i hate that but i don't tell them and i hate when my friend doesn't eat because she got seriously ill from anorexia before, but being around them and being summer sometimes i try to not eat myself although since im not used to it i get bad stomach pains. i know i should eat right and exercise but its easier said then done, so i dont know what to do....

My friends do the same thing, they are all taller and more slim than i am. I hate how im "bigger" and i guess thats why i like loose clothes. But i do sports and they've helped me maintain my weight better and they're fun! so i would recomend sports big time

yes sports and working out are good for you
but don't ever consider like going anorexic or bullemic because trust me they will get u nowhere except maybe in a hospital

try to tell yourself one thing about you that's beautiful every time you look in a mirror. that's supposed to help. just think about it. you are beautiful. just keep trying to believe that, and you will. you don't want to end up with an eating disorder, and keeping your self confidence up should really help.

sports and excercise are great, eating disorders are not.

just change your diet. Eating more vegetables, fruits and less fat. Stop eating those delicoius baskin robins ice creams and eat green apples.

Every1 has a different diet that should follow so i would recommend to see a nutritionist to see what diet is better for you.

Train along with your level. You will get the perfect body in a matter of months :)

Dont feel pressure by your peers. EVER

Be glad that you are healthy being skinny isn't good. Do not turn anorexic, I've been this way for so long that I am no unable to gain the weight needed to be perfectly healthy. I'm just skin, muscle and bone and I hate it.
