how do you hide / get rid of scars from cutting?

For getting rid of scars permanently, or at least fading them, you can use mederma, bio-oil, some other topical treatment, or scar-reducing patches, which are kind of like band-aids. Temporarily, you can use makeup (concealer) but this only works for faint, flat scars. If your scars are raised even slightly, makeup will make them look worse and more prominent. For hiding them, that depends on where they are.

Legs:
Pants (duh)
Dark/ not sheer tights
Long socks
Etc.

Arms:
Long sleeve shirts
Hoodies
3/4 length sleeve shirts
Arm warmers
Fingerless gloves
Large, chunky bracelets
Jackets, etc.

Other places should be pretty easy to hide. Basically, be prepared to never go outside in summer.

Also, there's this girl on youtube called Christie Stewart who does videos about self injury and depression and stuff. She has a video about hiding scars that's really helpful. Just go to youtube and search Christie Stewart scars and you'll find it.

i always cut above my tshirt sleeve so i always wear tshirts or longer shirts

As the others have said, for temporary cover, wear longer clothes etc
But for more permenant cover, give bio- oil a try, works well on most scars and stretch marks
