I'm 14, 5'6", 115#

I'm 2-1/2" soft and 5-3/4" hard. Sometimes it's even smaller, like when I'm swimming, and I think it's shrinking, but it goes back to normal - thankfully!:)

I'm cut and glad. I think uncut is ugly.

I jack with other guys, and they're ALL bigger than me! I feel like a little boy when we first start. Other guys are like 120-145#, so me being kinda skinny must have something to do with it.

I think all guys wish it was bigger, especially mine, when it's soft. Other guys are like 3-5" soft, and I feel a little out of place, but some web sites that I look at say that I'm normal, especially for my age, when it's hard.
