Drag queens are male performers who dress up as incredibly flamboyant/slutty women, just for entertainment.

Transvestites are people who dress up/want to appear as the opposite sex for their own comfort and not to entertain others like drag queens do. They're usually not flamboyant.

Pansexual stems from 'pan' meaning 'all', pansexuals, rather than choosing specific genders, identify themselves as being able to appreciate beauty in all of its forms.
Polysexual is a type of limited pansexuality, from 'poly' meaning 'many', but is considered different than bisexual.
