I've recently found out that one of my friends is anorexic. I don't know what to do, she always says that she doesn't want to talk about it. What can I do to help her?

It is great that you are concerned for your friend, you are clearly someone who is a very valuable person. Perhaps you could direct her towards talking to her parents or a teacher or yourself to determine the source of her problems and why she feels the need to battle so much with her food. It might be something that she needs professional help for and in that case you should direct her towards her GP/doctor.
There are a minefield of websites online; b-eat.co.uk being a fantastic one, as well as this one and other support sites that might help her accept who she is a little more. Sometimes these places are awesome ways to give you the courage the take the first step, or continue stepping along the road to recovery.
You cannot force her to do anything she does want to do and please do not detriment yourself. You need to take care of your wellbeing too and make sure you have someone to talk to if you wish. She has to make her own choices, you can just find out the options for her :)
Take care.

make sure u keep an eye on her weight, if it gets really bad then u shud tell someone.
be supportive it's not easy o open up about stuff like that, and be sensitive when commenting on her physical appearance
