If I have sex with a guy but I don't penetrate him and only he penetrates me, do I still lose my virginity?

Do you have to penetrate a guy to lose your 'gay virginity' or does getting penetrated count too?

Must both parties ejaculate?

There's no proper way of losing 'gay virginity' as opinions vary and people have different thoughts about what classes as sex.

Here's what different people think.

1. Both people must be penetrated.
2. You must be penetrated to lose your virginity.
3. You penetrate the other person to lose your virginity.

Personally, I think that to lose your virginity you must penetrate the other person and then (or before...) the other person penetrates you. That's just my opinion, take from it what you will.

Anal sex would count as losing virginity to me whether you were giving it or taking it. Either way you have had sex.

There are so many answers to this question.

As some said, giving or receiving penetration could count as losing virginity. In fact, I'm sure that's how most people think of it. However, I've never based something such as virginity solely on what other people view as "acceptable" to losing gay virginity. I know quite a number of gay men who do not want to have anal sex. To some extent, being gay, even I am reluctant to engage in it.

I look at it another way. Virginity is a personal possession, belonging to you and you alone. However you define losing it is ultimately up to you. If you consider intercrural sex (a kind of humping) to be of the same value as penetration, and you engage in intercrural sex, then you can say you lost your virginity. My point is, many people will have varying answers to this kind of question, and even if a majority agrees that only one type of sex constitutes losing virginity, that does not mean you have to agree or accept their view.

It counts as loosing your virginity if you get penetrated or you penetrate him.

Just want to know.

There's more argument over that one. Not to me it doesnt. Vaginal or anal sex, sexual intercourse with a man or a woman, that's how I see it.

Agreed. :P I think if you perform any sexual act, with the intention of having sex, and already know you are gay or bi, not experimenting, then you are not a virgin. That's kind of unfare you didn't get your turn. :P
