I open this again because for a reason I don't understand the previous thread was locked.

Well I would vote for Dungeon Siege 1 and 2. But Total War is inhumanly good too

Rome Total War is one of my favorites, if not my favorite. Until the Gauls and Britons and Germans cause me to go bankrupt. :P

Age of Empires!

problem is though, my dad took away the disc and now...it's gone forever :( and I was getting to be SO good at it :(

i only really play the old kind of games on my laptop so they don't lag, my favourite would have to be Cossacks: Back to war, or maybe Age of mythology they're both great fun for a rainy day.

Didn't play the first one but played 2nd and 3rd, I think 3rd was far off from any other aoe

After playing it for two hours today, I must say Civilization IV is an amazing game.

Can't wait for CivV, it's looks even better.

I enjoyed Civ4 but, I mean the gameplay is TOO long. And there is an absurd thing. Each turn takes 60 years or something and barracks takes several turns to build for example. And it takek 240 years for a barracks to build.

Yeah, I do. Haven't modded the game, I just like playing it the way it came haha
