I dont realy produce much pre-cum but i have a deacent amount of sperm
im un-cut and have used spit, lotion & a few times some pre cum i found that i realy liked the lotion the best
but it depends on your favorite try them all

Yes, if you have enough precum it will act as a lube. Special purpose lube is best for me.
