Yes. You need to do that. All uncut guys need to pull back their foreskin before they urinate, or else a lot of urine residue stays under the foreskin, and may turn into some nice, cheesy white bacteria.

Now, cut guys think they're superior because they don't have to worry about this. But really, who cares? Do what you gotta do.

Im uncut, and i dont pull it back. My foreskin covers my head, but there is still room at the end for my stream to go straight out!? and trust me, if it doesnt go straight out, it doesnt spray all over the place, it just sort of goes straight forwards and dribbles slower than if you took your forskin away (inwhich its one long straight stream) do ya all get meh?!

The water in urine can evaporate. But less so when it's sealed by foreskin :|

Also, the waste doesn't evaporate with the water, so it increases the chances of bacteria growing.
Think of it this way: it's like when you sweat. It evaporates, but the stuff like salt and toxins remain on your skin until you wash it off.
