Well, I'm not ugly. But my face just seems like it's getting worse and worse, like, when I have a relaxed face(which I have most of the time), my eyelids look droopy, they might be normal like everyone else's, but the ay they are just doesn't go good with my face. But when I raise my eyebrows and bring them up, I look totally fine. So I ended up raising my eyebrows alot. Then that caused me to get worry lines. It's not THAT deep, but it's noticeable..
Plus, my face looks kinda bumpy, and I have acne scars. Because of all of this, I wear a hat alot and that just makes it worse, but I don't wanna take it off..
So I just don't know what to do about it...

That is called "puberty" ı presume. There is a boy in our school and has pimples all around his face, and by "all around" I mean it. His face is completelely red now :D
I have beard and moustache like a man now and I have no pimples on my face ( lol all at my back and in my ass :D)
First of all, don't temper with your face. And you are not the only person in that way, as I said this is puberty.
Plus you will become a pioneer when everyone's face will be like you

Well the first thing I would like to recommend is maybe an astringent to clear up the acne. Also for under your eyes there is a cream to make them look better (it's not always feminine). The acne scars well there isn't so much you can do about that, but the astringent clears up your face and makes it feel softer and prevents new pimples from appearing. It doesn't happen right away, but the acne goes away with it on a daily scrubbing. I used to have really bad bags under my eyes from sleep deprivation and after about a week or more of using it my eyes started looking a lot better.
I really hope this helps, I know how it feels to have these thoughts about yourself, but there is always things you can do. I hope things turn around for you. If you ever need someone to talk to I'm always here. VM me anytime.

Well I guess the acne scars aren't bad, and I don't really have pimples at all, just like, bumpy skin or whatever, but the main problem is just my eyes I guess, they aren't totally droopy, it's just that if they were less droopy, it would make everything better, so thanks for the help and suggestions. :D

Have you ever tried not caring? Works for me every time. Complaining about your physical features is pointless since they, in most cases, cannot be changed. Besides that though why do you care at all what you look like? When you talk to some one on the internet that you know in real life you are actually having a conversation with that person even though their physical body isn't there. Because a person is not flesh and blood, a person is thoughts. How you think and act is how any one should judge you and not based on something you had no say in and was brought upon you by birth. But you obviously do understand that even though that is true people will judge based on appearance any way. How do you stop this? you start by understanding that any one who actually cares about some ones physical appearance is simple minded and that you are already on a higher level of understanding then they so you should not need to care about their opinion. There is no way to fix your face (which I'm sure has nothing wrong with it, to be flawed is to be human, you should not want to look like every one else you damn drone) or to stop mockery, there is simply acceptance of this and being intelligent enough to see into a mind instead of using the primitive sense of sight.
