I have been thinking lately and I think i want to go back to therapy, just for a bit to figure a few things out.
But the thing is, last time I went to therapy, I was 16.
Now that I am 18 and no longer legally a child, does this mean I will not be accepted at any of the free therapy places for youth?
I cannot afford therapy and want to go back to the therapy place I was at before.
ALSO.
If I tell my therapist about being raped, since I am 18 they cannot force me to press charges right?
I am in Canada Ontario btw.

Well I dont know the law but If you think you should go to a child counselor, they must accept you I think.
But can I ask something, if you can't afford it, how can you even go to a child counselor ?
But still I don't know the system, but therapists look inside, not appereance so you should be accepted to a child therapist

I'm sorry I dont get what you mean by, if you think you can't afford it, how could you even go to a child counselor?
Youth therapy in canada ( or at least ontario ) is free.

mmm... i don't know, maybe they could accept you, because you're still youth right? 18 is young :) in england you can get therapy for free if you're severe enough on the NHS, i don't know how it works in canada.
All i can say really is to give it a try, because if you don't try, then they won't accept you, but maybe they will if you ask. Good luck, i hope it all goes well.

As I said, they should look inside of you. And it is okay if you think you should discuss your problems as an innocent child.

hmmm. I dont' know the situation up in Canada, but here in the states, unless your mental sate is in seriously bad health, your insurance won't usually cover it. However you may still qualify as 'youth' for the therapy you had previously went to. Were you going to a private practice, or was the therapy offered through a free clinic type of situation? I find it hard to believe you received it for free (you lucky canadians :P
Just shoot out an email to the psychologist you were seeing - only way to find out is to ask!
As for the other thing... ABSOLUTELY NOT. Telling others or pressuring you to press charges would break doctor-patient-confidentiality.
