Should schools teach children about domestic violence?
This will be required in England starting in 2011

I think it'd be a great idea and the teachings could be passed to the parents. Only reasons I see against it would be content could be too graphic it could harm or make the child very wary and distrustful of their families. However, I think the benefits outweigh the cons.

Yes - education = prevention.

But they should not be insensitive about it

It should be tought. School teaches children how to have a better bright future. And one of the things to talk about is ending ALL sorts of violence. I don't see why this is controversial I think it should be tough IN ALL SCHOOLS
