so in talking to a lot of guys in this forum and GT also its like so many guys have never seen another guys naked. and most dont have to shower in PE. do you think more guys are curious because they dont have times when they can see others naked and compare themselves that way? for me i have seen a lot of guys because i have been in competition sports and we shower after practise ( i mean at least for swimming) but some guys dont after like baseball and football and just get dressed all sweaty witch i dont get.

It could be part of it. If they have never seen another guy naked, I think it could help if they took showers with other guys, they wouldn't be as curious. I think all guys are curious, and anytime they are around another naked guy, they get curious. :D

I think the majority of lads are a bit shy at first, especially if they haven't a brother. Some lads may not shower off cos they're goin straight home. As for being curious what other lads look like, normally, growin up, ya see others as yer havin a pee - I think even the str8tist lad peeks although he may not be honest enough to admit it. In fact, wee lads often make a sport out of who can pee the farthest.

I think there is a huge stigma in America where if you are seen naked by another guy it constitutes you as gay but its not the case. If guys weren't so shy there probably would be a lot less social awkwardness.

I run track and play baseball, and I see guys naked all the time. utting on cups, jock straps, uniforms, etc. All shapes and sizes.

It's a little awkward for me since I'm gay. Some guys know, most don't. I don't flaunt it, and since I act str8, not femme, those that know are not bothered by it. I'm just a guy...that happens to be gay.

When I shower, I just try to keep my eyes on their faces, and not let my eyes wonder, but I DO look...when I get the chance lol

I read an article last year about how guys are not showering anymore - the way they used to - after sports practice, etc. I think you're right when you say it's because guys showering naked with gays.

Before, when not as many gays were out, guys never thought about it as much. But now that gays are out and in the shower - and you can't complain about it because it would be politically incorrect to do so - guys are staying away from the shower.

For guys, it's just creepy to have a gay look at them naked. If it was a girl, then fine because you can reciprocate ("yeah you look hot too"). But you can't reciprocate when it's another boy.
