Proteins, and vitamins. I eat eggs, berries and whole wheat toast every morning.

Somedays I just have cereal but you are told the people must eat part of each food group!

I usually eat cereal and a bagel (:
But...
Steak, waffles, french fries, and, of course, Scotch is very good too :P

Moved to cooking and food, I understand why you put it in VTGH but it fits in here a bit better.

I only drink milk
my family eats milk and cereal, sometimes oatmeal, bread or waffles
we don't eat eggs, bacon
But I think for a balanced breakfast you should eat a little bit of every food group.

I don't eat breakfast, and sometimes I don't even eat lunch... I eat once at like 7-8pm and then at like 11-12 I eat a lot. It can't be good for me, I know lol.

Well how about a belly buster breakfast my uncle serves up
Orange juice
Kellogg's
2 fried eggs, 2 sausages, bacon, baked beans, fried bread and fried tomatoes
2 toast and marmalade
Might not be healthy for the 'olds' but for us it's 'yummy'

This is a typical, everyday breakfast that I grew with. Anything else will give me an upset stomach.
2-5 boiled/plain omelet/scrambled eggs.
2-4 pieces of thin bread(we call them as Lebanese Bread). Bread is the medium, we don't use spoon, fork, spork or whatever.
Cheese Kraft(Sometimes cream and sometimes cheddar), German Double Cream, Greek Cottage cheese.
Sometimes, we substitute Cheese with cream, and with Cream we either add Mixed Berry Jam or Honey. And we eat it, using the bread of course.
Tea, tea, tea: And because I am slightly addicted to caffeine, I prefer Black/Green tea over anything.
And, that's about it.
