Alright, I lost like 30 or 40 pounds last summer, mostly by running. I had a little bit of an eating disorder for a while, where I would run all of the time, but I'm better now. I just don't want to slip back into that phase again.
My question is just how often I should run, like how many times a week? I used to run everyday but my doctor says 3 to 4 times a week. Does that sound right? She also says my weight is perfect, so I'm not trying to lose weight, just to get back into better shape and feel better. And how long should I run for each time?
I'm 5'6" and I weigh about 140-ish. So basically, what would you do if you were me?
