Sounds like you just have poor blood circulation
move your hands and feet like squeeze a ball or wiggle your toes
my sisters hands are always ice cold its because she has bad circulation in her hands

move more than you do... like do hand/finger exercises, and run/walk..... that should help

excercise usually helps, or you can just wave ur hands and feet around every 10 mins ;)

Hey, well as has been said it sounds like you just have bad circulation but as i always say, it's always best to go to your doctor cos they'll probably know best. Hope you're ok!

Hot baths/showers increase circulation. Maybe you could try that. (The water has to be HOT though not just tepid)

wow this is weird.
i about to post a thread on this.
my hands are ALWAYS cold no matter what temperature.
i have to wear 3 layers to school everymorning.
i shiver in autumn months without my beanie.
its weird. i think its because i have bad circulation.
