Bumps between thighs? (i didnt know where to put this, sorry)

I don't know where else to put this, sorry....
So I woke up this morning and my crotch was very itchy and when I got out of bed and went to the bathroom, I found weird looking bumps in my thighs and some just above my waist line on the left side of my belly button, their a little red between crotch and thigh kinda meet. My pubic hairs itch badly and not as bad as my skin where the bumps that look more like impressions or small, oddly shaped mosquito bites. I am 14 and never had sex before. I was reading if the bumps was from heat but their not like what I read. Does anyone know? I am kinda nervous.

Have you used any new soaps or things recently? To check if its a heat rash, try putting a cold wet flannel over it and it should disappear within a few minutes.

No I haven't, but I was in my pool for the millionth time a few hours before I went to bed and I was just in Florida. Funny thing is, I think I had these bumps coming home from Florida. I do not know, those ones were rapid at coming and left in a day and itched all over, not the pubic hair part.

It might be heat rash or an infection. put some cream on it and wash all of your underwere

Well this is something similar so I dont wish to open a new thread.
So in the area between my knee and my belly, ( a little bit upper ) there are like scar lines but they have no depth and seems like they are a 0.1 mm outside my leg, red lines lets say, my friend has it around his belly and i didn't ask him why there is such thing.
I may think it may be because of fat ?
