I'm not sure if this is allowed, but:

I am going to spend the night at a friend's soon. We have seen each other naked and we j/o together (ourselves, not each other). We were gonna suck each other but he fell asleep. How can I get him to want to do this?

just talk to him about it, if he really wants it he will tell you, dudes are like that, but dont do anything while he is asleep or anything like that, it could end up awkward between the two of you.
