My boyfriend left for basic training july 12th. and I won't be able to see him until oct 29... We hav been dating for over two years and I love him so damn much.
I'm glad he's doing something that he really wants to. Its just hard for me do deal with it. He's going to be gone for so long. And the longest that we hav gone with out seeing eachother is only two weeks. Through out the entire two years we've been together.
The last time i said goodbye to him I was crying so unbelievable hard. I was even gasping for air I was crying so hard. but that's the only time I did.
If you hav read my previous threads you would kno that I do hav doubts about our relationship.and I'm constantly worrying. And since ihavnt really cried since then I was just wondering if that normal. Is it ok that I miss him lik CRAZY but I havnt been crying??
Any advice would help.

Look, you don't always have to cry, maybe your proud of him for doing what he wants. Maybe you have no doubt that he's coming back. I don't know, but its fine not to cry.

Of course it's okay. You don't have to cry to express that you're sad. I understand the fear you are feeling. Especially when it comes to someone you love. I would probably be in a wreck if my partner left. I live for her, she's ALL I have. I couldn't let her go.

Yea that is fine. At least with this type of thing, you really don't have to worry about him being unfaithful, or dumping you. You are not worried because you probably know this, at least in the back of your mind, the only thing is that you miss him. It is okay not to cry. :D He is probably thinking of you all the time, and misses you more than you can imagine, but you will be back together soon enough. You might also want to think about getting married before he gets deployed, 6 months is a LONG time to be apart and not having anything really ting you to him. Again, that is your guises choice, and not really my business, but give it a little thought. ;)

And trust me, we hav thought about it, A LOT!!! And I want to so bad. But being so young makes me afraid we won't last.

You are not doing anything wrong by missing him so much. This is obvious because you love him so much so you will never like to go far away from him and naturally girls show their extrema feelings while they cry-as per many people. You just be in contact with your boyfriend as much as you can.
