A Place to Scream?

I feel so angry but there's no way to express it. I've never freaked out before, but I feel like I'm going to. Does anybody know any places where I can scream without neighbors calling the police, parents hearing, etc.?

I tried to scream once and It only made my throat sore. Try throwing pencils around ( I would suggest bigger objects but that means damage ) or throw pillows and while throwing yell, but not too loud

this sounds like it could work, give it a try! Or if you live somewhere where there´s a field or a farm somewhere nearby, you could scream in the middle of that? i´ve done that before :P but the one about the shower, MP3, and pillows sounds like a good one :)
