Ah, pencil pictures. I like pencil pictures.

First picture
The whole anatomical proportions seem to be quite off - the eyes are huge, the nose is tiny, the ear is too high, and the neck is, mmm, where stops the face and starts the neck?
Each element taken separately is nicely done, but their composition doesn't work. I believe it is because you didn't start by tracing construction lines beforehand. Always start by (lightly) sketching a skeleton/structure over which you can draw your elements - else, chances are high that you'll end up with an awkward result.

Second picture
The mouth doesn't seem properly centered on the face (yes, even if you wanted to show a "half smile"). There is a symmetry issue with eyes, as they don't both seem to look at the same spot. Pay more attention to apply uniform shades and constant drawing pressure: one eye is much darker than the other, and the pencil moves are too visible at the darker places.

Third picture
The two legs do not have the same length, which is quite disturbing (or the perspective is not respected to show one leg in front of the other). Women hips traditionally are wider compared to the shoulders. The pose looks a bit too static compared to the movement it suggests - consider flexing the body somewhat so the pose is more natural; changing the angle of vision can also help rendering the subject more dynamic. The expression of the face seems wrong compared to the action depicted: I'd expect anger, triumph or concentration, for example.

Overall
I'd say: don't try to mimic the so-called manga style; instead, just try to represent things as accurately as possible, stylizing them where complexity is too high.

Nice job overall, hope we'll see more!
