Well you could always try to get small meals frequently. Just eat 5-6 small meals and you'll gain weight slowly.

i have to shove it down slowly because the smell of food makes me throw up. so if it gets anyworse then ur gunna have to get food anyhow. but try vitamin suppliments so that at least ur getting some nutrition but i dont sugest taking those instead of eating at all.

or you could have one big meal eat a little take break eat break and keep doing it tell the meal is gone

5-6 small meals is the best weigh to gain weight in a healthy way...good luck!

I agree with the others in that you should try and have 5 or 6 small meals per day. In addition, try and squeeze in stuff that's not bulky but calorie dense. Stuff like nuts, peanut butter, butter, avocado, cheese, chocolate, etc.
