One of my close buddies told me that a few guys were jaking off in a public toilet and kept peeking at him while he was doing his daily business in the stall and he kind of got horny and the guys flashed at him. He freaked out and ran out of the toilet. He wants to know if it is right to watch if it happens again and he's not 17 yet. I don't know the answer for him cause I don't stray towards his feelings so im hoping you guys can help me.
