Hi im 14 and in thee last year ive grown 3 inches but it seems to have stopped my voice has not changed and ive had pubes for 2 years but they have not spread yet they are dark coarse and wirey. my testicles descend about 1 1/2 inches when it is warm and my dick has not changed i look like a kid but my feet are almost as big as my dads i am short, and i have just started to get underarm hair it is still very fine but there are a few longer black hairs. and i can not ejaculate. Have i started puberty yet?

Yes, you have started puberty. If your penis grows, you get pubes, any of that, you have most definitely started puberty.

Yup, you have started puberty. You might have to really try to ejaculate, because it is rare not to be able to after starting puberty, although everybody develops at different rates.
