Ok, so this is my first post so please be kind =)
I only started growing armpit hairs in the last 6 months or so and have a few fine short hairs under my arms but most (if not all) of my friends have much more armpit hair than me.
Should I be concerned? And when did you first grow your armpit hair?
By the way I started puberty at about 12 ish, have a decent amount of pubic hair and voice has broken.

I noticed that armpit hair grew slow for me too, it's nothing to worry about. I have a good amount now and I'm not complaining. I don't like a lot of hair anyways, so it worked out well. I didn't grow armpit hair until I was like 14 or 15.

i have a friend who is 16 and still has no armpit hair or leg hair at all. it all depends on how hairy you're gonna be (genes) and if you have dark or blonde hair (it'll show up more/less). it'll fill out eventually, but if not, don't worry; a lot of guys shave it so you'll be ahead of the game ^^

Everyone develops differently your penis may be developing more than your armpit hair at the moment, it will start to come in at some point.

Nothing to be worried about, everybody develops at different rates. I started puberty around the same age, either 11 or 12, and I didn't start to get armpit hair until this year. Just be patient and everything will do what it is going to do.
Hope this helps. :D

RAWR. Don't worry - I don't bite (for now). ;)
Everyone grows at different speeds. There isn't a normal timing for puberty. For example, I'm a lot ahead than most of my friends, so not to worry.
